What does individual therapy look like?

Individual therapy is there for you if you dare to take responsibility for the relationship you have with yourself. We will look at your own pieces compassionately and with mildness. When you’re ready to “cut the crap”. Would like to go to the essence in order to create sustainable change. With humor, lightness and a loving gaze.

We start by clarifying what you are up against and what your desires and goals are. We will stand still and slow down together in order to get closer to yourself and your feelings. Creating the peace and space to get back to the answers you already have. Together we explore your patterns, beliefs and thoughts without judgment and with curiosity. Together we focus on possibilities and new stories. I work with different methodologies, solution-oriented, EFT, ACT, experiential and always from a systemic perspective.

The program is tailored to your desires and goals. Sustainable change and growth is a process. That is why I work intensively with you for at least three months. In between the sessions, you will work on the insights and exercises yourself.

Option 1

Individual therapy

The program consists of;

30-minute introduction.

We start with a 2-hour session

This is followed by 5 x coaching sessions of 75 minutes. In my practice or online.

In between the sessions we have unlimited contact via email and whatsapp

You will receive inspiration, assignments and exercises for at home.

The investment for this process is € 1111. It is possible to pay in 3 installments.

Option 2

Single session

A single session can be used as;

Extensive introduction for the entire process;

You have previously had individual coaching or have been in relationship therapy;

You need an MOT;

You have a specific question;

The investment for the single session of 75 minutes is € 175,-.

Frequently asked questions

Often there is a budget with your employer to reimburse the individual process. You can ask your manager or human resource (HR) department about this. If desired, I can contact your employer and send you a quote.

If you are an entrepreneur, we can discuss the possibilities during the introduction.

Individual therapy is not possible if you are in a mental health care program, have an addiction or if you are not willing to take your own responsibility.

Insight, change and growth take time, which is why a separate session is not recommended. Patterns that you have known for years often do not change after 1 session. Just like you don’t have a killer body or top condition after going to the gym 1 time. A single session is possible for a specific question, if you have been in therapy before or are looking for an MOT. Then let’s call to coordinate with each other.
